The Ovi-Catch is based on technology that was developed and tested in the performance of research conducted at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention laboratory in Puerto Rico.

Specially-formulated adhesive is designed to catch the mosquito during the breeding cycle. Proven successful in testing, the Catchmaster AGO Trap Replacement Glue Boards are actively used in numerous mosquito monitoring and population reduction programs. For best results, install the replacement glue board into the Catchmaster Ovi-Catch Mosquito Trap.

Ideal for outdoor use where mosquito populations may be prevalent. Compatible with Catchmaster Ovi-Catch Mosquito Trap, CDC-AGO Trap and other similar traps. Studies show that the use of AGO style traps are effective in controlling mosquitoes, such as Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus, which are known carriers of chikungunya, dengue and Zika viruses.
